The Content Flow System is a done-for-you monthly social media content service. Each month you receive a full pack of professional, on-brand social media captions, editable Canva templates, a content calendar, hashtag sets, and reel storyboards — all delivered within 5 business days of onboarding. You review, request any revisions, and post. That's it.

The Content Flow System has three plans. Core is R1,500 per month and includes 20 captions and 20 Canva templates. Growth is R2,900 per month and includes 30 captions, 30 templates, a content calendar, and 2 reel storyboards. Authority is R4,200 per month and includes everything in Growth plus 4 reel storyboards, a monthly strategy call, set-and-schedule for one platform, and priority support.

Your content pack is delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed onboarding questionnaire. We start the clock once we have everything we need from you — not from the day you sign up.

Yes — always. Every caption, template, and content piece is created specifically for your brand, audience, and offers. We do not use generic templates or repurpose content across clients.

Each plan includes a defined number of light revision rounds. Core and Growth plans include one revision round. The Authority plan includes two. Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Set-and-Schedule means we post your content directly to your social media platform for you — you don't have to do anything. It is included in the Authority plan for one platform and is available as an add-on for R899 per month for additional platforms.

FlowAssist is a specialised digital marketing execution service — not a generic VA service. We handle the ongoing digital tasks that keep your business visible and organised: content scheduling and posting, CRM management, email campaigns, review monitoring, website updates, backend admin, and client follow-up support. Hours are allocated monthly against an agreed task list.

FlowAssist is specifically focused on digital marketing execution — not general admin. You are working with someone who understands content strategy, CRM systems, email marketing, and online presence management. Tasks are not done in isolation — they are done with strategic context and brand awareness built in.

Yes. You can move between FlowAssist plans at the start of a new billing cycle with written notice.

FlowSuite is an all-in-one business growth platform. It replaces tools like Buffer, Calendly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, and Shopify with one consolidated platform. Every FlowSuite plan includes professional setup, configuration, and onboarding — you don't just get access, you get a system that works from day one.

The setup fee covers full CRM configuration, booking calendar setup with reminder sequences, initial automation workflow builds, integrations with your existing tools, branded chat widget installation, an onboarding session, and a platform guide specific to your setup. It is a once-off payment due before the build begins.

FlowSuite includes a funnel and website builder, which works well for specific campaign pages, booking flows, and lead capture. It is not a direct replacement for a professionally designed main website but works powerfully alongside one.
